K2 Construction has recently completed a beautiful home for us at Maple Bay. We have owned the land for years but were never able to find a contractor to put just the right house on it. Finally Kevin did it.

So now we have a beautiful home with a beautiful view. The situation on the land gives the house its impact. We built this home from Calgary with just four visits throughout four months construction so Kevin had more input and more responsibility than he would usually. He kept us current on progress and costs and always enabled us to use the time well when we were able to be on site.

His sub-trades are very skilled, meticulous and cooperative. Our home has great doors and windows with lots of wood trim beautifully done by Dave. Each local supplier surpassed our expectations, particularly Gillingham Cabinets.

We found Kevin to be very straightforward and when we asked for guidance and suggestions his solutions were always well researched and appropriate. Windows were my particular hang-up and I love the end results.
