We have been in our new house for over a month now, and we both wanted to thank you for the excellent service and product that you and all your crew provided for us.

The house is certainly all that we had hoped it would be. The quality workmanship is commendable in every area. Through your organizational skills and commitment to customer satisfaction, you have made this process less stressful and more enjoyable than we could ever have imagined. Every commitment you made to us you followed through on.

The pricing and time schedule was just as you stated they would be. You and your crew accommodated all our changes and concerns we had, to ensure that in every case we got what we wanted.

I'm not sure how you do it Kevin, but the professionalism and workmanship of all your workers was amazing. The framers, all the carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, finishing carpenter, cabinet makers, floor and carpet installers, vacuum installer, heat system installer, and even the cleaners treated us so well, and we wish that we could thank them all personally.

You really do have an amazing crew working with you!

I hesitate to mention people specifically because I do not want to leave anyone out, but there are number of individuals that really stand out.

Ken and all his framing crew got us off to a great start with their cheerfulness and excellent work ethic. Clint was very helpful with the excavation, while Jeurgen did an admirable job of installing some complicated plumbing fixtures. John the electrician was extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty to get everything working just right. Cliff was a great guy to deal with, and the quality of his finishing carpentry was superb.

If anyone asks us if we can recommend a reliable builder who is committed to building top-quality houses at honest prices, we will certainly tell them about our positive experience with K2 construction.
