Dear Kevin,

Thank you and your crew for the excellent work done during the construction of our house. We have never had a house built for us, let alone a custom design. It was wonderful seeing our plan come to life.

I was particularly impressed by the care extended at every phase of construction by your crew. I was on site almost every day, and, although I have watched home improvement shows for years in pursuit of ideas for our dream house, I saw techniques that I have never observed elsewhere being used by your carpenters to insure square walls and level floors.

In addition, may I add, I was received with uniform courtesy and goodwill, when I know that most working people (including myself before I retired) would prefer to work without the client watching so closely.

Quality is all in the details, isn't it? Our living room has six side-by-side windows of the same size, with the even spacing of them being critical to the overall appearance. From the earliest stages of framing, Rick and Shawn were planning and laying the groundwork for this array of windows, with beautiful results.

We've been in the house for four weeks, and still notice and enjoy the lovely play of light and shadow among the levels of molding. James was assigned to another project during much of our construction, but no one could fail to notice his competence and good humor while he was here.

The care they all extended - the fitting of exterior window trim, shimmed to be perfectly flat, the fitting of the siding around our circular window, etc., produced the snuggest, tidiest house I have ever occupied.

We are delighted with our house, Kevin. I give you and your company the highest recommendation to any client.
