Dear Kevin

Well Kevin, we have been in our house just about four months now, and we were thinking it's about time to sit down and write a letter to the gang at K2 construction.

We have been busy landscaping the front of our home and doing all the little things that one seems to have to do inside to a new house, like window covering etc.

We want to take this opportunity to thank you and all your staff who worked so hard to make our home special. We have had many complements and are always asked who the builder is, and we have no hesitation in telling them K2 construction.

When we started this adventure in building a new home, we of course didn't know any of the builders in this area and even in any area as we are from out of province. So we started to get names of contractors and yours at that time was unknown to us. We worked and worked to try to get a quality contractor but although there are probably many contractors who are excellent, we found that we could not accept them to build our home.

So we heard of K2 from a local realtor saying that K2 is an excellent contractor and has a very good reputation. Judy called you Kevin, and the rest is history. We are so satisfied with our home and could not imagine anyone else building it.

We really appreciate many of the little things you did for us and you were always open to listening to how we really would like some details done, most notably the windows. We know how hard you worked and went out of your way to make sure they looked great and that we were satisfied. We also appreciate your attention to detail and also ensuring that all the sub-trades finished on a timely basis, and their quality met with your highest standards.

Of course as you know, you're only as good as the people that work with you, and in this case all of the sub-contractors were always professional and we were treated excellent by them.

And I guess I have saved the best for the last. All your carpenters were excellent and polite, and I would like to thank each one of them; Jamie, Dan and Mark and of course Rick Porter, who we really got to know and appreciate his great talent. Rick is an excellent person to have as your head carpenter and he certainly is the bell weather representing your company on the job site. He has an easy temperament and is always willing to help.

So in closing Kevin, we really appreciate your efforts in building our retirement dream. We would also like to wish you the best in the future where ever your tools may take you, I'm sure you will do well.

Also we would like to thank Linda for all for her help, we really appreciate it.
