I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere and overwhelming gratitude for all of your work in building my house. I cannot imagine having done this without you. You are, without a doubt, the most organized and thorough person I know. (and having been an attorney in Chicago for fourteen years I have known several thorough and organized people)

Your work ethic, as well as that of all your sub-trades, is beyond compare. Your grace and humor each time I decided to change something were readily apparent and greatly appreciated. I also appreciated your attention to detail and your efforts to keep the cost of construction within my budget, notwithstanding that I was bound and determined to break the bank.

All of your employees and those of the subs were thoroughly professional, truly skilled and generally, really nice guys. You made a rather intimidating undertaking truly enjoyable, and building the house will stand out as one of the great experiences in my life. If I can ever be in a position to recommend you, it will be in the most laudatory terms. Thank you again for all your help.
